Packing and posting
Six steps to get your cards to us in the condition you sent them.
1. Sleeve every card
A plain penny sleeve stops scratches on the way.
2. Toploaders for anything valuable
Any card worth more than a few pounds goes in a toploader or semi-rigid holder.
3. Bundle them up
Group sleeved cards in team bags or rubber-band-free stacks, wrapped in paper.
4. Add your packing slip
Print it from your list page, or write your list code on a note.
5. Use a sturdy box
A small box or a padded envelope with card stiffeners. Fill any gaps so nothing moves.
6. Post it tracked
Keep your receipt and tracking number. For valuable parcels, choose cover for the full value.

Postage costs
You pay to post the cards to us. On lists worth over £100 we add £4 to your payment towards it. Parcels are your responsibility until they reach us, so please use a tracked service.
Rather not post?
Bring the cards to the shop instead. Choose “Drop them at the shop” when you send your list and tell us your code at the counter.
